Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-returnable items 
As soap is a personal care good, for hygienic reasons returns are not accepted. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items.


Refunds 
Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. Certain exceptions may be permitted on an individual basis only.
